Who Is Phil Cannella?

Phillip J Cannella iii is a Philadelphia native who has spent almost four decades helping seniors overcome their challenges. Phil made a career out of the lessons of that tragedy by pioneering long-term-care insurance in the 1970s. Many of the contracts that he designed are still in use.
